What you will do

  • Own regional revenue targets and build the pipeline necessary to consistently exceed performance goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of enterprise sales executives, guiding them through complex sales cycles.
  • Develop and maintain precise weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Drive outbound prospecting discipline to cultivate high-value pipeline in strategic accounts.
  • Represent the company in market through executive briefings, product demos, and key account initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to evolve go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS sales teams with a proven track record of top-tier performance.
  • Deep expertise in building and scaling net-new direct sales motions.
  • Extensive C-suite network within key verticals such as Retail, Hospitality, or Financial Services.
  • Strong analytical instincts for pipeline management and strategic decision-making.
  • Coaching-first leadership style with a commitment to maintaining high team standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills effective in both boardroom and operational settings.
