What you will do
- Develop and execute sales and pipeline strategies to achieve new customer acquisition and ACV targets.
- Mentor, coach, and support Account Executives across SMB and Mid-Market segments to improve revenue acquisition.
- Partner with the Customer Success organization to manage existing accounts and drive venue expansion via a land-and-expand strategy.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members on the sales process.
- Analyze and present growth opportunities in new verticals and geographies to unlock potential TAM.
- Scale the sales organization by designing effective business processes and supporting systems architecture.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, UK.
- 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS business.
- Proven track record of scaling an organization from $20M to $100M+ in revenue.
- Deep expertise in building B2B SaaS sales strategies and managing sales budgets.
- Experience using CRM and productivity tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and GSuite.
- Ability to influence decision-making across all levels of a business without direct authority.
