TL;DR
Global Sales Team Lead (SaaS): Own inbound & outbound sales targets, day-to-day operations, strategies and OKRs with an accent on leading global sales team and data-driven processes. Focus on coaching and motivating team members, managing performance KPIs, and representing company at conferences worldwide.
Location: Hybrid (3 office days / 2 WFH) in Vilnius with WFA options
Gross salary: starting from 4000 EUR/month

What you will do
- Own inbound & outbound sales targets, day-to-day operations, strategies and OKRs
- Lead inbound & outbound global sales team
- Coach and motivate team members through data-driven sales process
- Manage team performance by setting personal KPIs and career goals
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and coaching of new SDRs and AEs
- Research methods to increase customer engagement and implement changes
- Collect and share customer feedback with product teams
- Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management
- Represent company at conferences worldwide
Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- 3+ years of experience in sales or client management role selling B2B SaaS products or IT solutions
- Previous experience managing sales or account management teams
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Data-driven approach to sales and sales processes
- Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, MixMax, etc.)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Understanding of latest sales techniques & best practices
- Experience working with developer audiences, tools, processes, and web technologies
- Experience with product-led bottom-up sales motion
