TL;DR

Global Sales Team Lead (SaaS): Own inbound & outbound sales targets, day-to-day operations, strategies and OKRs with an accent on leading global sales team and data-driven processes. Focus on coaching and motivating team members, managing performance KPIs, and representing company at conferences worldwide.

Location: Hybrid (3 office days / 2 WFH) in Vilnius with WFA options

Gross salary: starting from 4000 EUR/month

What you will do

  • Own inbound & outbound sales targets, day-to-day operations, strategies and OKRs
  • Lead inbound & outbound global sales team
  • Coach and motivate team members through data-driven sales process
  • Manage team performance by setting personal KPIs and career goals
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and coaching of new SDRs and AEs
  • Research methods to increase customer engagement and implement changes
  • Collect and share customer feedback with product teams
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management
  • Represent company at conferences worldwide

Requirements

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or client management role selling B2B SaaS products or IT solutions
  • Previous experience managing sales or account management teams
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Data-driven approach to sales and sales processes
  • Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, MixMax, etc.)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of latest sales techniques & best practices
  • Experience working with developer audiences, tools, processes, and web technologies
  • Experience with product-led bottom-up sales motion
