What you will do

• Define product vision, user stories, and strategic roadmaps for CRDN digital products in partnership with UX and marketing.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, including the creation of clear and testable epics and features.
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and architecture teams to refine requirements and support feasibility decisions.
• Ensure all product documentation and risk controls align with MedTech regulatory and cybersecurity expectations.
• Establish digital product management processes and mentor colleagues in user-centric problem framing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or Business.
• 10+ years of product management experience (8+ with Masters) in digital health, medical devices, or regulated environments.
• Proven track record of translating customer needs and workflow insights into product requirements.
• Experience working within quality, regulatory, and risk management frameworks for medical software.
• Strong communication skills to drive clarity and resolve conflicts in ambiguous situations.
• Must be based in or able to work in Galway, Ireland

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hypothesis-driven exploration, problem framing, and structured learning cycles.
• Experience with connected device ecosystems, clinical analytics, or workflow-intensive applications.
• Exposure to automation and intelligent decision support.
• Advanced degree (MSc, MBA).
