What you will do

• Set and drive strategy for post-purchase operations, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Translate operational data and user insights into priorities, roadmaps, and initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Design scalable processes, systems, and operating models supporting growth.
• Provide data-driven recommendations as strategic partner to senior leaders.
• Assess performance and identify efficiency, resilience, and user experience improvements.

Requirements

• 8-10 years in strategy and operations (consulting, finance, GM, Operations)
• Proven experience developing/executing strategies in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical judgment synthesizing quantitative/qualitative insights
• Success leading large cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to design scalable processes and operating models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in French and English
• Within commuting distance of London or Dublin hubs
