What you will do

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for trust accounting solutions aligned with strategy and regulations.
  • Conduct customer research to translate needs of property managers and accountants into product requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, legal, and accounting experts to build compliant, scalable features.
  • Manage the product backlog, oversee end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch, and define success metrics.
  • Lead development of reporting, dashboards, and insights for financial transparency and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in accounting or financial software.
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting systems, and US compliance requirements.
  • Ability to translate customer insights and regulations into scalable solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with domain experts.
  • Excellent communication and customer-centric mindset.
