Location: Remote as full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Israel, and North America (eastern or central time zones). Also open to contractors in East Europe and Portugal.

What you will do

• Write clear, well-defined requirements, user stories, and flows to enable efficient engineering execution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to refine product-market fit and user experience.
• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and trends to drive continuous product improvement.
• Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate based on performance insights.
• Partner with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies and act as customer advocate for adoption and growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in Kubernetes.
• Strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and containerized environments.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in post-acquisition integration or scaling a product within a larger ecosystem.
