What you will do

• Lead the maintenance of internal control frameworks (SOX) and identify gaps within internal processes.
• Develop, train, and maintain standard financial control processes within an ERP environment.
• Coordinate testing and communicate progress directly with end users.
• Ensure inventory management controls remain compliant.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to establish policies and mitigate financial risk.
• Lead walkthroughs with internal and external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in general finance and audit, ideally within manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and knowledge of ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
