What you will do

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries for commissions, payroll, and accruals.
• Manage the Open PO accrual process, including reporting, stakeholder coordination, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze payroll-related entries across U.S. and Canada entities.
• Perform account reconciliations for vacation liabilities, commissions, and vendor accruals.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Payroll, and SEC Reporting teams to ensure financial data completeness.
• Support audit requests and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant public accounting experience, ideally in multinational or tech environments.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
• Experience with payroll, commissions, and intercompany accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Workday or Blackline preferred).
