What you will do

• Own and maintain forecasting and planning systems for Revenue Operations.
• Lead parts of annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and strategic planning including execution and reporting.
• Analyze business variances, perform scenario modeling, and develop insightful data stories.
• Partner with leaders to create KPIs and scorecards driving accountability and performance.
• Support monthly reporting, rolling forecasts, and budgeting cycles with clear communication and reviews.
• Provide financial modeling for acquisitions, contracts, and ad-hoc projects; lead cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years in Finance/Accounting; 5+ years in Financial Analysis including forecasting, planning, and variance analysis
• Expert Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling)
• Experience with ERP, forecasting/planning tools, and data visualization
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize, and work independently in fast-paced environment
• Curious self-starter with initiative for process improvements
