What you will do

• Oversee team adherence to internal processes, project tracking, and client communication.
• Establish timelines and expectations for the successful execution of medical education deliverables.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients and key opinion leaders.
• Mentor and train junior team members on project requirements and creative evaluation.
• Contribute to brand planning, strategy sessions, and the preparation of new business pitches.
• Review agency output to ensure high-quality, innovative creative products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a senior account manager executing medical education programs.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid office model.
• Strong executional skills and a professional work ethic.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Experience training and mentoring junior staff.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
