What you will do
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to drive sales opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of key accounts including opportunity identification, qualification, pre-sales planning, presentations, closing, and post-sales support.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales revenue targets, using analytical techniques to overcome obstacles.
- Update key account strategic plans monthly and track progress toward quarterly and annual initiatives.
- Support customer-specific advertising, trade marketing efforts, and participate in industry trade fairs.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing retail accounts in CE (Consumer Electronics) or CPG industries
- University degree in business or related field
- Excellent selling, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Customer-centric and success-driven mindset with strategic thinking
- Ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships
- Availability and willingness to travel internationally 10-20% of time
