Location: Salford, hybrid working

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Lead the Production Management team and collaborate with stakeholders to manage operations and achieve objectives.
• Manage business performance, budgets, financial forecasts, and assess viability of new content ideas.
• Optimise headcount utilisation and plan projects across the financial year.
• Use performance data to repurpose resources for key priorities.
• Develop communication across the unit, production community, and department.

Requirements

• Demonstrable business and finance skills to create, forecast, and manage production budgets and resources.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to manage diverse team relationships.
• Current knowledge of hirify.global and industry with experience delivering productions on time and budget.
• Strategic leadership including interpreting briefs, efficiency ideas, negotiation, contract management, and team motivation.

Nice to have

• Project management skills and experience delivering projects in production.
• Production expertise in health & safety, multi-platform tech, commissioning, and new technologies.
