What you will do

• Rank and prioritize projects based on business impact and current team capacity.
• Manage and refine creative briefs to ensure clarity, comprehensive scoping, and alignment.
• Maintain a high-level view of team bandwidth to anticipate and mitigate over-capacity issues.
• Oversee freelance spending, manage vendor relationships, and handle the PO/invoice process.
• Negotiate workloads and set realistic rollout goals across cross-functional teams.
• Autonomously optimize inefficient processes related to briefing and hour tracking.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Resource or Traffic Management within a marketing department or creative agency.
• Expert-level proficiency in project management software (Asana and Float are a major plus) and G Suite.
• Experience in budget management, project cost tracking, and third-party supplier negotiations.
• Ability to interpret utilization reports and billability metrics to inform decisions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid work arrangement (2 days in office).
