What you will do
- Coordinate and manage design decisions, construction document production, changes, and field operations to meet budget, schedule, quality, and guest experience targets.
- Review scope of work, designs for attractions, facilities, resorts, and themed environments for reliability and safety.
- Monitor project budget and schedule daily, ensuring delivery within targeted objectives.
- Qualify, procure, and manage architectural, engineering, and technical designers while maintaining creative intent.
- Hire, develop, and supervise project teams of 3-15 people plus external consultants.
- Track and report project components including budget, schedule, and progress to upper management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field preferred.
- License in Architecture or Engineering preferred.
- Experience in facility maintenance with training in maintenance and inspection, or equivalent.
- Ability to supervise project teams of 3-15 Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, Schedulers, Estimators, and Technical personnel plus external consultants.
