What you will do

• Own the creative production lifecycle from initial brief through to final asset delivery across all brand initiatives.
• Develop and refine efficient project workflows and delivery structures for the in-house team.
• Manage complex project timelines, scope, budgets, and resource allocation to meet critical deadlines.
• Act as the primary interface between the Brand Creative team and cross-functional partners (Marketing, Gaming, Music, etc.).
• Oversee the procurement and onboarding of external creative vendors and freelancers.
• Ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in an in-house creative studio or creative agency.
• Proven experience managing creative teams including designers, copywriters, and video editors.
• Expert-level proficiency in Monday.com and Dropbox.
• Strong skills in scoping, detailed timeline scheduling, resource planning, and financial tracking.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
• Deep understanding of creative production processes and lead times for design, video, and digital assets.
