What you will do

• Manage AV requirements, suppliers, budgets, and stage set design.
• Coordinate with venues, event teams, and marketing to meet all logistical and speaker-related needs.
• Oversee speaker agreements, fees, accommodation, biographies, and presentations.
• Train, develop, and manage at least one direct report.
• Coordinate staff schedules, theatre managers, and onsite teams during events.
• Deliver comprehensive post-event reports and analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
• No sponsorship provided.
• At least one year of experience in a management or training role.
• Strong knowledge of AV and speaker liaison processes.
• Willingness to travel for onsite exhibitions in the UK and internationally (minimum three days at a time).
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ability to understand technical floor plans.
