What you will do

• Manage the internal Admin Panel and tooling, integrating AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort for Sales and Managed Accounts teams.
• Define the roadmap for the customer lifecycle stack, including attribution, affiliate networks, and CRM integrations.
• Own the financial infrastructure domain, ensuring compliant payment/payout flows and driving AI-powered KYC/KYB processes.
• Champion platform integrity by balancing high security (2FA, anti-fraud) with low-friction user conversion.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure robust data pipelines and infrastructure for operational decision-making and AI models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within Marketplace, FinTech, or SaaS environments.
• Technical depth in systems, integrations, and platform architecture to ensure scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements across diverse teams including Marketing, Finance, and Security.
• Outcome-oriented approach with experience using event-based analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Rotterdam office under a hybrid policy (2 days/week).
