What you will do

  • Directly manage a team of 6-7 individual contributors, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Act as cross-functional leader, aligning Solution Consulting, BDRs, Customer Success, Legal, and Professional Services for the region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, build pipeline, and exceed revenue targets in enterprise sales.
  • Drive growth as strategic thinker and hands-on contributor to scale the fast-growing UK&I region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Foster continuous learning and growth-oriented mindset within the team.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years experience managing Enterprise Sales teams (SaaS required)
  • Proven track record as performing Sales Executive with long deal cycles (6+ months, ACV $150k+)
  • Experience building and leading UK&I market
  • Experience selling business applications in finance, supply chain, sales performance, business planning, BI, or data analytics
  • Track record of revenue impact and relationships in organizations over 5000 employees
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience managing C-level relationships through complex sales cycles
