Inside Sales Team Leader, UK&I

Inside Sales Team Leader (UK&I): Managing inside sales team to execute sales strategy and meet/exceed revenue targets for UK&I territory with an accent on performance management, territory planning, and team development. Focus on hiring/onboarding, KPI achievement, pipeline reviews, and accurate forecasting.

What you will do

• Hire and onboard new team members, ensuring proper training and staffing levels.
• Execute sales strategy to meet regional/team revenue targets, set role-based KPIs, and conduct performance management.
• Align sales plans with corporate goals, collaborate with Segment Leaders on territory planning.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, provide feedback, and forecast against quotas.
• Mentor staff, facilitate problem-solving, implement initiatives, and ensure use of CRM (Salesforce).
• Promote hirify.global Core Values, maintain positive work environment, and report challenges to management.

Requirements

• Permanently located in Romania.
• B2B sales experience with high-tech products/services.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent education/experience).
• English Advanced.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interest in technology innovation and IT knowledge.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of virtualization industry.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
