What you will do

• Own and run AI-powered outbound campaigns across two product lines from lead sourcing to demo booking.
• Source, enrich, and segment prospect lists using Clay or equivalent data enrichment platforms.
• Design, write, and optimize outbound sequences via Lemlist to increase reply rates.
• Maintain CRM hygiene within Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Build and manage workflow automations using Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Perform quality control and run all campaigns independently in German.

Requirements

• C2 German fluency (Non-negotiable).
• Proven hands-on experience building campaigns in Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, or equivalent AI outbound stacks.
• 1–3 years of experience in AI-driven outbound or growth automation.
• Availability to work within CET time zone hours.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce/logistics tech.
• Background in sales ops or RevOps.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations.
