What you will do

• Own and execute AI-driven outbound campaigns for two brands simultaneously.
• Source, enrich, and segment leads using tools like Clay.
• Build and manage email/outbound sequences via Lemlist.
• Craft high-converting campaign messaging and copy.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene in Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Build workflow automations using Make or Zapier to optimize performance.

Requirements

• German: C1/C2 level (Non-negotiable).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• 1–3 years of experience in GTM, outbound campaigns, or sales ops.
• Hands-on experience with AI outbound tools such as Clay, Lemlist, or Apollo.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
• Ability to work during CET business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or logistics technology.
• Familiarity with Make or Zapier for workflow automation.
• Background in RevOps or sales ops.
