What you will do

• Identify and manage new business opportunities in the Canadian defense sector, focusing on UAV technology.
• Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tenders, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Execute go-to-market strategies to effectively position UAV solutions within the defense ecosystem.
• Analyze market trends and procurement frameworks to identify potential growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or procurement within the defense sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian defense ecosystem, including procurement processes and key stakeholders.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience in the UAV/drone industry or government procurement is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and networking skills with a strategic mindset.
