What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end capture process for competitive service contracts ranging from $4M to $100M+.
• Develop comprehensive capture strategies, build cross-functional teams, and coordinate teaming documentation.
• Prepare pricing responses and business cases to support pursuit recommendations.
• Research and screen potential partners and solution providers to enhance competitive positioning.
• Synchronize capture efforts with proposal development, ensuring win themes are integrated into storyboards.
• Manage IDIQ vehicles through the IDIQ Management Office (IMO).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in capture management or equivalent.
• Proven track record of shaping opportunities and growing business in the federal market.
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug and background check.
• Deep understanding of federal market trends, regulatory constraints, and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Expertise in U.S. Air Force aviation operations, mission systems, and sustainment programs.
• Familiarity with Air Force acquisition processes and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system.
• Existing relationships within the Air Force aviation community.
• Knowledge of digital engineering and aircraft readiness improvement programs.
