What you will do

• Partner with Account Manager, support 1–2 flagship clients through briefing, tracking, feedback, and execution.
• Drive cross-functional projects, remove blockers, and maintain momentum using workflow tools.
• Execute core services like community engagement, research, and moderation.
• Communicate daily, turn feedback into actions, and keep documentation, tasks, and timelines updated.
• Refine processes, templates, and checklists to elevate quality and speed.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, ideally native to Germany or with strong cultural understanding.
• Meticulously organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with collaborative tools like Airtable and FigJam; quick learner for new platforms.
• Natural relationship-builder, clear communicator, and self-motivated with ownership mindset.
• Strong academic record, fast learner with aptitude for creative and technical processes.
