What you will do

• Manage the Accounts Receivable inbox and respond to queries promptly.
• Raise and issue accurate invoices and allocate incoming payments against open invoices.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
• Follow up on overdue balances and circulate customer statements to ensure timely payments.
• Access customer procurement portals to download remittance advice and allocate bulk payments.
• Support the wider finance team, including assistance with Accounts Payable activities and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience within Accounts Receivable, credit control, or a similar finance role.
• Essential experience using SAP.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and cash flow processes.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills to build effective working relationships.
