What you will do

• Manage the complete accounts receivable cycle, including accurate invoicing, timely collections, and balance reconciliation.
• Verify pricing accuracy on invoices and calculate reseller credits for manager approval.
• Monitor deviations from credit standards and process necessary write-offs or credits.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison for billing, activations, terminations, and order inquiries.
• Execute month-end closing tasks to ensure all accounts are invoiced on time.
• Collaborate with the AR Manager to recommend and implement improvements to collection procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance/collections role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin, Ireland office under a hybrid model.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dynamics AX ERP.
• Experience with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes.
