Salary: $72,000–$79,000 annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with departments to manage accounts receivable and ensure timely customer payments via statements, reconciliations, reminders, demand letters, and payment plans.
• Update AR BI reports, maintain A/R database, and track collection activity.
• Evaluate bad debt risks monthly, prepare write-offs, and handle customer bankruptcy documentation.
• Manage credit security including UCC-1 filings and liens.
• Support audits, tax documentation, and other tasks like Concur management and Amex reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/finance
• Minimum 3 years accounts receivable experience
• SAP experience required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
