What you will do

• Manage cash collection and chase aged debt across a busy ledger of 250-290 live accounts.
• Resolve customer queries to improve payment performance and maintain clean accounts.
• Conduct credit limit reviews, payment term checks, and account reconciliations.
• Perform daily invoicing, payment allocation, and setup of new customer accounts.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to monthly reporting and financial support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Credit Control.
• Experience working in a high-volume environment using multiple systems.
• Experience within a large, multi-site or group business.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
• Must be able to work onsite in Mansfield.
