TL;DR

Senior HR Business Partner (Cybersecurity): Partnering with the global Product function and Chief Product Officer to align people strategy with business goals with an accent on organizational design, employee relations, and change management. Focus on driving workforce planning, leading restructuring programs across EMEA, and embedding AI into HR workflows.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK

Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 (pro rata)

What you will do

  • Partner with the CPO and Product leadership team as a trusted advisor on talent, performance, and organizational design.
  • Lead employee relations across EMEA, managing cases from start to resolution based on local employment law.
  • Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in partnership with Finance to map capability to strategic goals.
  • Lead restructuring and change programs, guiding leaders through organizational complexity.
  • Translate global HR programs into regionally relevant initiatives that reflect local culture.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, surface risks, and shape people decisions.

Requirements

  • Substantial HR generalist experience in a complex, matrixed global environment.
  • Solid knowledge of European employment law and HR practice; CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships and influencing senior C-suite leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting people data to drive outcomes.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.
  • Resilience and integrity with the courage to provide honest feedback to executives.
