What you will do
- Lead organizational design, including team structures, spans of control, and role clarity during rapid scaling.
- Design and execute change management strategies to guide employees through organizational transitions and growth.
- Own the performance management framework and lead leadership development programs for managers and senior leaders.
- Manage workforce planning, compensation equity, and promotion calibration processes in partnership with Finance.
- Handle complex employee relations and embed DEI initiatives into hiring, development, and promotion.
- Develop a data-driven people advisory practice to track engagement, attrition, and pay equity.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a senior HR or people leader in a high-growth technology company.
- Track record of operating as a strategic partner to executive teams (CEO, COO, CPO).
- Expertise in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Commercial fluency and experience building data-driven people advisory practices.
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law is essential; familiarity with US employment law is a strong advantage.
- Based in or able to work from London, United Kingdom.
