hirify.global is a deep-tech company building an AI-driven simulation software stack to accelerate hardware innovation across aerospace, energy, and automotive industries.

What you will do

  • Lead organizational design, including team structures, spans of control, and role clarity during rapid scaling.
  • Design and execute change management strategies to guide employees through organizational transitions and growth.
  • Own the performance management framework and lead leadership development programs for managers and senior leaders.
  • Manage workforce planning, compensation equity, and promotion calibration processes in partnership with Finance.
  • Handle complex employee relations and embed DEI initiatives into hiring, development, and promotion.
  • Develop a data-driven people advisory practice to track engagement, attrition, and pay equity.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a senior HR or people leader in a high-growth technology company.
  • Track record of operating as a strategic partner to executive teams (CEO, COO, CPO).
  • Expertise in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Commercial fluency and experience building data-driven people advisory practices.
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law is essential; familiarity with US employment law is a strong advantage.
  • Based in or able to work from London, United Kingdom.
