What you will do

• Partner with senior Commercial and Marketing leaders to align people plans with business priorities.
• Identify capability gaps and collaborate with Talent and L&D teams for targeted development.
• Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Provide insights and challenge on organization design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
• Drive the talent and performance strategy to build a strong performance culture.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines.

Requirements

• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive business performance through people strategy.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver organizational change and transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Skill in diagnosing organizational challenges and implementing efficiency solutions.
• Ability to use data, insight, and external perspectives to influence decisions.
• Experience owning talent and performance interventions from design through to delivery and impact measurement.
