Senior People Business Partner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary People Business Partner for approximately 80 employees in Belgrade and 50 in the UK.
• Coach managers on performance conversations, development planning, and sensitive employee matters.
• Manage end-to-end people operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employment contracts.
• Lead office administration and facilities coordination as the primary onsite leader in Belgrade.
• Ensure full compliance with Serbian and UK labor laws and GDPR standards.
• Implement improvements to people processes and employee experience within a growth-stage environment.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically in a PBP or Senior Generalist role.
• Strong working knowledge of Serbian labor law.
• Proven experience as a senior individual contributor managing a specific geography.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or multinational environments is a plus.
• Ability to operate independently and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
