What you will do

• Act as primary HR partner for Finance, Risk, and HR, managing relationships with senior leaders including the Chief Risk Officer.
• Develop annual people plans aligned with business objectives and translate needs into practical people solutions.
• Oversee strategic workforce planning, identifying skill gaps and collaborating with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies.
• Manage performance cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning for critical roles.
• Own and resolve employee relations cases, providing practical advice on disciplinary, grievance, and absence matters.
• Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Solid HR Business Partner experience, ideally within a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment.
• Strong track record of owning and resolving employee relations cases.
• Experience in workforce planning, headcount management, and delivering core HR processes.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with senior executive stakeholders.
