What you will do
- Provide technical support for products across all communication channels.
- Act as expert for at least one product and maintain basic knowledge of others.
- Document, process, and analyze customer requests; qualify and escalate issues.
- Perform enhanced troubleshooting and scheduled callbacks.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and consult on problems.
Requirements
- Completed IT-related education or equivalent.
- 2+ years of work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), network architecture, and application software.
- High analytical skills and structured working approach.
