Technical Support Engineer II (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for hirify.global consumer and business products.
• Process, analyse, and document customer requests received through different communication channels.
• Validate known issues and document previously unknown issues for escalation to higher-level support teams.
• Perform enhanced troubleshooting and scheduled callbacks with customers, partners, resellers, and other stakeholders.
• Gather information, follow defined support procedures, and consult senior colleagues about problems and risks.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge of hirify.global products, components, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of experience providing remote technical support for cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience with Wireshark, Procmon, and Notepad++ tools.
• Strong knowledge of IT environments and cybersecurity technologies, with advanced understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux, network architecture, and application troubleshooting.
• Written Chinese and spoken Mandarin required to support Mandarin-speaking customers by email and phone.
• Analytical and structured thinking; relevant cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
