Boomi Support Team Lead (Integration)

What you will do

• Provide L2/L3 operational support for integration platforms, primarily Boomi, including incident triage and resolution.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to reduce recurring incidents.
• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations and APIs following security standards and development practices.
• Oversee incident management across the team, acting as the primary escalation point for critical issues.
• Maintain accurate runbooks, support procedures, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and value-add initiatives to optimize customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in an integration support or development role.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere (Atoms/Molecules, process design, connectors, and APIs).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across logs, message tracing, data mapping, and connectivity.
• Knowledge of API management and integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, B2B).
• Experience integrating with enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or MS Dynamics 365.
• English: Strong communication skills required for interaction with Australian-based customers and leadership.

Nice to have

• Boomi certifications.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tooling like Splunk, Dynatrace, or Azure Monitor.
• Exposure to containerization and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with WebMethods or Azure integration workloads.
