Requirements

• Deep understanding of binary options, event-driven trading, or short-dated derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of market structure, including liquidity, spreads, volatility, pricing, and risk.
• Experience in crypto markets and familiarity with Solana and/or EVM ecosystems.
• Track record of operating effectively in fast-moving environments with high ownership.
• Preference for candidates based in the U.S. or overlapping time zones.
