Salary: $260,000 – $310,000

What you will do

  • Own the P&L for the core product portfolio, including Cash Advance, CA+, Thrive, and non-liquidity products like AI Assistant and Budgeting.
  • Lead the strategic evolution from a single-product transaction business to a multi-product financial brand.
  • Drive top-line growth by identifying and executing product- and user-led growth levers.
  • Define and articulate a coherent product vision and narrative for the core application surfaces.
  • Mentor and elevate a high-potential product organization, growing individual contributors and managers.
  • Collaborate with credit, engineering, design, marketing, and finance to align unit economics and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Experience building and shipping consumer products at scale, preferably in the fintech, lending, or credit space.
  • Proven track record in high-growth environments with the ability to make decisions under ambiguity.
  • Current Director level or Group/Lead/Principal PM experience with a history of managing other PMs.
  • Strong business acumen covering revenue, profit, retention, and credit policy.
  • Ability to author and defend a product strategy from scratch.
  • Must be based in the US
