About the Role

You will own the full product function: define and prioritize the roadmap, set success criteria, and manage the product portfolio. You will partner with the CEO on product strategy, lead and coach product managers, designers, and researchers, and set product operating standards. You will drive cross-functional execution with engineering, business development, design, and marketing, and be hands-on when details matter. You will define, track, and report product KPIs, run structured discovery, validate ideas before building, write clear PRDs, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative customer signals into decisive product decisions.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of product management experience
• At least 2 years managing teams across product management design and research
• Proven people manager with experience hiring and coaching
• Track record of shipping products that drove revenue or user growth
• Deep product management craft including structured discovery validation and PRD writing
• Background in traditional finance or regulated asset markets (required)
• DeFi or crypto fluency preferred but not required
• Technical depth to engage in engineering conversations and evaluate protocol tradeoffs
• Practical experience integrating AI into product workflows

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on product strategy
• Own the portfolio of product initiatives
• Recommend what gets started and advocate for what gets killed
• Manage tradeoffs across product initiatives and future bets
• Lead and develop product managers designers and UX researchers
• Hire and coach the product team and hold accountability for team performance
• Set standards for product operations and decision making
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering BD Design and Marketing
• Define track and report product KPIs tied to business objectives
• Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative signals
