Location: Must be based in the US (offices in San Jose, CA and Draper, UT, or remote-eligible)
Salary: $144,100 – $203,400

What you will do
- Define product vision and strategy for risk management capabilities across life cycle flows in payment and financial service offerings.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and launch features that proactively address emerging risks and evolving requirements.
- Analyze market, regulatory, and internal data to identify vulnerabilities and translate insights into product enhancements.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Monitor product performance, implement metrics, and iterate solutions based on user feedback and operational results.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement in risk and compliance practices across teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product management, specifically driving complex fraud, credit, and compliance initiatives in payments or financial services.
- Proven track record of launching Risk controls across onboarding, monitoring, identity, and profile management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve ambiguity using data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
