Location: Hybrid (San Francisco or Freiburg) or Remote with a mandatory monthly in-person week
Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 USD base annual + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification through close for SMB, startup, and enterprise customers.
- Manage a book of 30-50+ accounts, driving retention, adoption, and expansion.
- Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound prospecting campaigns into target segments.
- Handle deal structures involving API access and weight licensing.
- Collaborate with solutions engineering and product teams to resolve technical questions.
- Translate customer usage patterns into broader adoption opportunities across business units.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably with BDR-to-AE progression.
- Experience selling technical products such as APIs, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML products.
- Ability to discuss model capabilities, API integration, and deployment with technical buyers.
- Track record of managing high volumes of accounts and deals in parallel.
- Strong outbound instincts and ability to build a pipeline independently.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where processes are still being built.

- Background in generative AI, image/video generation, or open-source business models.
