What you will do

  • Own and execute the aftermarket sales strategy for the existing hirify.globalGo customer base.
  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within the installed base.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to translate customer needs into commercial opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations for renewals, expansions, and add-on solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
  • Monitor customer health and usage data to prioritize sales efforts and maximize lifetime value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Proven track record in expansion sales, renewals, or growing revenue within an existing customer base.
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and forecasting tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Östersund, Sweden.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AP automation, spend management, ERP integrations, or related fintech/software domains.
