What you will do
- Own and execute the aftermarket sales strategy for the existing Go customer base.
- Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within the installed base.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to translate customer needs into commercial opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations for renewals, expansions, and add-on solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Monitor customer health and usage data to prioritize sales efforts and maximize lifetime value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proven track record in expansion sales, renewals, or growing revenue within an existing customer base.
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and forecasting tools.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Östersund, Sweden.

- Experience in AP automation, spend management, ERP integrations, or related fintech/software domains.
