Location: Hybrid in London (Farringdon)

What you will do

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Licensing team.
  • Coordinate and track licensing agreements across their full lifecycle.
  • Support contract processes, including execution, amendments, and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems.
  • Liaise with Finance, Operations, and Royalties teams to support partner deliverables.
  • Assist in compiling reports on licensing activity and partner performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in licensing, publishing, media, data, or professional services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work in London (Hybrid)

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting international customers or partners.
  • Familiarity with royalty reporting or content workflows.
