What you will do

  • Accurately set up new projects, tasks, and budgets in alignment with approved Statements of Work.
  • Track estimates and assist with financial reporting to ensure strict adherence to financial processes.
  • Maintain meticulous, version-controlled project documentation to ensure audit readiness.
  • Educate team members on Workday best practices and internal administrative procedures.
  • Manage data consistency and compliance across influencer management platforms including Wrike, Trackr, and OCM.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a highly administrative role, ideally within an agency or project-based environment.
  • Strong operational mindset with a natural inclination toward process and efficiency.
  • Basic financial acumen, including experience with budget tracking, estimates, and timesheet management.
  • Extreme attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and financial tracking.
  • Proactive approach to identifying potential issues and finding solutions.
  • Professional communication skills for guiding colleagues on administrative procedures.
