What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities services and building operations across UK sites, including PPM schedules.
• Manage hard and soft FM services such as M&E, cleaning, security, and waste management.
• Supervise suppliers and contractors to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Oversee office moves, space planning, and utilization reviews.
• Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation, fire safety management, and risk assessments.
• Handle financial administration, including purchase orders and cost tracking for the UK Facilities budget.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the UK is required.
• First Aid certification (essential or willingness to obtain).
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach with a strong service ethos.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and resilience.

Nice to have

• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• NEBOSH General Certificate.
• IWFM Level 4 or equivalent experience.
