Location: 3 days in Farringdon, 1 day in Colindale, 1 day remote (London, UK)

What you will do

• Master the arrival experience as concierge for new joiners, visitors, and investors.
• Curate visual excellence maintaining show-home aesthetics at workstations and coffee stations.
• Drive facilities and compliance, leading H&S standards and vendor management.
• Optimize digital service using ticketing platform for one-touch resolutions and self-service knowledge base.
• Champion culture by providing logistics for events and Town Halls, gathering feedback to evolve the hub.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Office Manager or Service Coordinator roles, ideally in serviced offices
• A retail eye with uncompromising attention to detail on cleanliness, lighting, and layout
• Tech awareness with workplace management software (ticketing, desk booking)
• Maintenance literacy for basic office tech (AV/VC) and minor facilities issues
• Safety qualifications as First Aider and Fire Warden (or willingness to train immediately)
