B2B Demand Generation Manager: Drive lead generation activity across digital, outbound, partnership and event channels to support ambitious business growth targets with an accent on multi-channel campaigns targeting HR, Procurement and ESG decision makers. Focus on owning MQL pipeline delivery, executing LinkedIn, PPC, SEO, email nurture and outbound campaigns, and optimising campaign performance using data and insights.

Location: Home based (fully remote) | Occasional UK travel required

Salary: £50,000–£65,000 pro rata + benefits

What you will do

  • Build and manage multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns
  • Own MQL pipeline delivery and support sales growth targets exceeding £1.8m in new business revenue
  • Execute LinkedIn, PPC, SEO, email nurture and outbound campaigns without agency reliance
  • Use HubSpot, ZoomInfo and Martech tools to improve segmentation, workflows, lead scoring and reporting
  • Analyse campaign performance, optimise CPL and ROI, and present insights to senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with sales, communications, finance and digital teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering B2B lead generation campaigns in a lean or fast-growth environment
  • Strong technical expertise across HubSpot, ZoomInfo, PPC, LinkedIn advertising and outbound sequencing
  • Confidence managing multiple campaigns independently from planning through to reporting
  • Commercial awareness with ability to use data and analytics to improve campaign performance
  • Excellent communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders across business functions
