What you will do

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and Programmatic channels to maximize MQLs.
  • Own full-funnel reporting by integrating and analyzing data from GA4, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Implement website updates and landing page optimizations aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Troubleshoot marketing automation workflows and manage lead routing processes between marketing and sales.
  • Coordinate with media planners and creative studios to provide asset specifications and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or agency environment.
  • Proven expertise with GA4 for pulling and interpreting analytics to drive campaign changes.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (integrations and workflow troubleshooting).
  • Proven track record in performance marketing execution across paid search and social channels.
  • Strong Excel skills for pivot-based analysis and maintaining reporting templates.
  • Must be located in London.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Basic understanding of copy-level SEO best practices.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
