Location: Hybrid; must work from an assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week (United States)
Salary: $120,500—$150,500 USD

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of high-performing Customer Success Managers through coaching and goal setting.
- Design and drive strategic process improvements to exceed adoption, retention, and growth objectives.
- Coach the team on connecting AI use cases and metadata automation to regulated customer workflows.
- Partner with sales, renewals, and consulting leadership to drive business outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
- Establish executive relationships with key strategic customers as a thought leader.
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and grit using data-driven strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing customer relationships with a successful track record of driving retention and health.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports.
- Strong understanding of Financial Services, Life Sciences, and other regulated industries.
- Ability to influence retention and expansion decisions at the executive level.
- Confidence in discussing AI trends and translating innovation into adoption outcomes.
- Must be based in the US and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
