TL;DR

Senior Team Manager of Customer Success (SaaS/AI): Leading and scaling a team of CSMs to protect and grow strategic customers in regulated industries with an accent on platform adoption, retention, and AI innovation. Focus on coaching high-performing teams, driving data-driven strategies, and translating AI capabilities into business value for enterprise clients.

Location: Hybrid; must work from an assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week (United States)

Salary: $120,500—$150,500 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of high-performing Customer Success Managers through coaching and goal setting.
  • Design and drive strategic process improvements to exceed adoption, retention, and growth objectives.
  • Coach the team on connecting hirify.global AI use cases and metadata automation to regulated customer workflows.
  • Partner with sales, renewals, and consulting leadership to drive business outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Establish executive relationships with key strategic customers as a thought leader.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and grit using data-driven strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience managing customer relationships with a successful track record of driving retention and health.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Services, Life Sciences, and other regulated industries.
  • Ability to influence retention and expansion decisions at the executive level.
  • Confidence in discussing AI trends and translating innovation into adoption outcomes.
  • Must be based in the US and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
