What you will do

  • Generate meetings with prospects to achieve company objectives through personalized outreach.
  • Develop outbound sales leads, run email campaigns, and track communications in the CRM.
  • Perform quick lead qualification before allocating prospects to Account Executives.
  • Represent company products by conducting consumer research to identify how solutions meet specific needs.
  • Apply the hirify.global Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a pleasant and instructive prospect experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to challenge and improve products, methods, and growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Belgium.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of organization and exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Sales, SDR, Management Consulting, or Customer Success roles.
