What you will do
- Generate meetings with prospects to achieve company objectives through personalized outreach.
- Develop outbound sales leads, run email campaigns, and track communications in the CRM.
- Perform quick lead qualification before allocating prospects to Account Executives.
- Represent company products by conducting consumer research to identify how solutions meet specific needs.
- Apply the Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a pleasant and instructive prospect experience.
- Collaborate with the team to challenge and improve products, methods, and growth strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in Belgium.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and exceptional follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Sales, SDR, Management Consulting, or Customer Success roles.
